DWG were tasked with carrying out the Scaffold, Brickwork and GRC on Berkeley Homes Flagship project back in 2018. Being a near all façade package, constant communication and planning was essential between the 60 bricklayers and 12 scaffolders to ensure the three blocks were delivered on time and in budget. The scaffold comprised of 6 hoist run off towers, an 80lm truss out over a haul road and loading towers.

DWG were approached by Fileturn with nothing but an audacious idea to put two more floors on top of the Doubletree Hotel in the heart of London city centre. Using our expert inhouse engineers and our Pre-Construction planning team we came up with scaffold solutions to capture the needs of all trades.  With only 10% of the scaffold base coming directly from the ground over 200 modular beams were used across the project. The scaffold comprised of two tube and fitting temporary roofs, three Haki system roofs and three public access emergency access stairs.

Working across a successful 4 Phases in the countryside of Kent, DWG carried out the Scaffolding and Brickwork to over 400 houses and over 10 apartment blocks for Berkeley Homes. Ranging from Pre-Cast Concrete floors, Traditional Joists, Timber Frames and RC Frame blocks there was nothing we did not engage in on this Project. With over 20 Scaffolders at its peak, DWG were able to resource the labour and materials to accommodate this due to our excellent reputation within the construction sector.

DWG were tasked with providing the Scaffolding for the complete refurbishment and roof replacement on a historic mansion deep in the City Of Westminster. Comprising of a 1,260 m2 system roof this project was full of specialist engineering and hours of planning to carry out a variety of scaffold structures varying from 10 tonne gantries, stone stairwell birdcages with finished abstracts and hanging scaffolds. With a tight programme this project was delivered on time and within budget.
